V1.0 ready to share

Found myself using my tuner a lot, and thus wanted to improve upon it a bit, publish & share it with the world.

It's not perfect, but does the job for me.

Next steps

I have quite a few ideas for improvements (e.g. adding a metronome, chromatic tuner, backing tracks, etc.), and will be working on them in the coming weeks. If you have any suggestions, feel free to reach out via LinkedIn or E-Mail.
